Model PF: Propeller Fan

Cincinnati Fan offers nine sizes of the Model PF Propeller Fan with spark resistant, cast aluminum propellers, heavy-duty steel propellers, or stainless steel propellers.

These industrial propeller fans can be provided in either supply or exhaust configuration. Available with Open Drip Proof (ODP), Totally Enclosed (TEFC or TENV), or EXP (explosion proof) motors. Models with explosion proof motors utilize cast aluminum propellers are standard.

PERFORMANCE RANGE:

• Capacities up to 38,650 CFM and 3/4″ SPWG
• Standard construction, air stream temperatures up to 104°F (40°C)

Features

Heavy-duty steel panels, 12″ to 20″ fans have 16-gauge panels, 24″ to 30″ fans have 14-gauge panels and 36″ to 48″ fans have 12-gauge panels.
Heavy gauge motor support structures to minimize vibration.
Spun venturi in panels for efficient airflow.
Spark resistant, cast aluminum propellers or heavy-duty steel propellers.
Stainless steel propellers are also available.
All propellers are statically balanced to ensure smooth operation.
Entire panel and motor support are cleaned with a detergent wash, phosphatized, painted with gray enamel, and oven cured before assembly.
Automatic, chain operated, or motor operated extruded aluminum shutters are also available.
