Flange/Laser Operator-1st Shift

Position Description:

As a member of the metal fabrication department team, you will set up and operate the CNC production/fabrication laser machines and our flanging machine. This position will also load and unload the material and cut parts from both machines.

Manufacturing Quality Engineer

Position Description:

As a key member of the manufacturing team, this position reports to the Assembly IPT Operations Manager and will be responsible for supporting all stages of manufacturing, including powdercoat painting, testing, assembly, inspection, and crating. This position will require an individual with the ability to apply their expertise in Lean Manufacturing while leading multifaceted improvement and development projects.

The success of this individual will be measured by their ability to significantly increase production capacity, quality and reduce cost by aggressively identifying opportunities for waste reduction, improved workflow and throughput, space utilization and effective capital equipment procurement. Disciplined program implementation and project management skills are critical components to the overall success of these projects.
